Bilingual Virtual Assistant (100% Remote Work ) For Pooling

We started out with just 1 Virtual Assistant, and now we have over a thousand virtual assistants collectively working at home with us. As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing the best customer support and experience to our valued clients. 

Responsibilities: ​

• Client Communication & Support: Manage calls, emails, and general communications, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Core Administrative Functions: Efficiently handle critical tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, lease renewals, compliance documents, and detailed email management.

• Marketing Assistance: Contribute to client marketing efforts, including social media management.

• Adherence & Reporting: Diligently follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stay updated on company guidelines, and provide necessary data, updates, and reports to the leadership team.

• Ambassadorship: Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all professional interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in inbound/outbound US voice accounts

• Good American accent

• Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks efficiently

• High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping

• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Quiet home office work environment

• Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available

• Dependable electricity with power backup available
