Provides professional service and expertise in a broad, overarching and unspecified area of financial matters, which may include planning, analysis and reporting accountabilities for organizational unit(s) assigned. in a range of functional areas of all Siemens organization.

The HTM Financial Controller will serve as the central finance point of contact for the HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) business, ensuring seamless financial management, reporting, and communication across Siemens Healthineers, Block Imaging, and local leadership. This role requires strong business partnering skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organization. The successful candidate will manage financial planning, forecasting, closing processes, and reporting while maintaining strong alignment with HQs, local ES/CS leadership, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for financial matters within HTM, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the relationship with HQs and local ES/CS leadership, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Drive MTA/MBR planning and support all financial cycles including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Lead the month-end closing process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of results.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting on business performance, serving as a strategic finance partner to leadership.
  • Serve as the internal lead for financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Orchestrate and manage the flow of financial information between Siemens Healthineers and Block Imaging.
  • Oversee billing reconciliation between Siemens and Block Imaging, ensuring compliance and resolution of discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability to influence and navigate within a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens Healthineers financial processes and systems.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and strong working relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to Siemens or healthcare industry finance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (data extraction and database-driven models); Power BI experience is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $111,400 - Max $167,100
