With our global merger with Nexi, the opportunities for personal growth and collaboration are immense. </p> <p><strong>About your future role</strong><br/>As <strong>Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel</strong> in the Group Unit Support and Corporate/ M&amp;A team, you will be part of a <strong>collaborative environment </strong>with a <strong>relaxed atmosphere emphasizing teamwork and knowledge sharing</strong>. Group Unit Support and Corporate/ M&amp;A team consists of <strong>5 attorney-at-law/legal advisers, </strong>all located in Ballerup, being part of Legal Nordic &amp; DACH, which consists of 20 attorney-at-law/legal advisers located across 5 jurisdictions. The position is in Ballerup, the Greater Copenhagen area. <br/><br/>In the Group Unit Support and Corporate/ M&amp;A team, we contribute to Nets/Nexi’s strategic activities and offer <strong>professional legal advice</strong> to the business and group units concerning the day-to-day operations as well as special projects. Your key responsibilities will be to provide legal support to group units such as Technology and Procurement, primarily on larger contracts. Your legal support will mostly be about drafting/negotiating contracts and advising on contract-related matters, and dispute handling.
