EHE | Human Sciences AdministrationThis temporary, one month appointment. This Researcher 1 position conducts research in the field of Child Development and Early Childhood Education.
This position is created to finalize efforts to close out Addressing children’s challenging behaviors early: Characterizing, capturing, and championing Head Start teachers’ behavior management project. Specific duties would include preparing journal manuscripts reflecting each study of the project by participating in writing, editing and preparing final products. Participating in conversations around results and practical implications with partners. Help to identify opportunities to prepare papers or research brief for a non-academic audience. Any other project close-out activities as needed.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
Desired Experience:
Master's Degree preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in qualitative research methods. Experience drafting and revising research papers and presentations. Good oral and written communication skills along with organizational skills. Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Zoom.

The Target Hiring Range for this position is $43,900 - $57,750
