Vice President, Strategic Relationships (Operations)

Geode Health is hiring a Vice President, Strategic Relationships (Operations) to own a key JV partner for Geode Health. We assess this role to be 60% Strategic Partnership/Relationship Manager and 40% Operations leadership. There is a fantastic operating leader who will run the day to day for Texas that will partner with you. You will be accountable for partnership reviews, strategy sessions, delivering on shared goals, and embed operational excellence end to end for this strategic partnership.

• Proven experience as accountable owner over strategic relationships/JV Partnerships for a major health system.
• Client-focused with a strong drive to achieve results. The ability to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
• Relationship-builder with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Proven track record of making a difference, leaving things better than you found them, both in culture and operational outcomes for the territory you support.
• Demonstrated success at opening a large number of denovos at a rapid pace.
• Demonstrated understanding of what makes the business successful.
• A give a damn when it comes to Mental Healthcare. This cause really matters to us.
• High impact communication, strong people skills, and collaborative nature.
• Ability to travel extensively across Texas, as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required. MBA preferred.
