Senior DevOps Engineer

Description

abra R&D is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer.

We are looking for a DevOps professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with CI/CD pipelines ,strong cloud skills with a preference for GCP, and proven ability to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency of production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps tools.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure in GCP (AWS/Azure also considered).
• Deploy, monitor, and scale containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automate workflows and collaborate with R&D teams to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Implement best practices for security, observability, and high availability.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure rapid, reliable resolutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins required).
• Strong background in cloud platforms — advantage for GCP (AWS/Azure also welcome).
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Knowledge of networking, security, and performance optimization.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
