Job Description

A day in the life of a Leader Cybersecurity Analyst 

Expertise in ICT Security.
Operational systems in support of cybersecurity activities and for the protection and evolution of the CISO infrastructure.

Your main duties will be:

• Support for the management of the CISO infrastructure, configuration of servers (HW and virtual) start-up and shut-down with patching and update tasks (of both OS and application).
• Support specific solutions like high available storage systems. 
• Analyse, design and implement solutions for meeting specific needs and in line with the evolution of the working methods and especially with the DG ITEC game changers (Cloud and AI).
• Design and implement security baselines for operating systems (Windows/Linux);
• Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) resources for deploying CISO resources in the cloud (AWS/Azure);
• In collaboration with the teams of the unit, design and implement vulnerabilityscanning solutions (Nessus, etc.);
• Setup and administer penetration testing infrastructure;
• Testing products, realise prototypes and Proof Of Concepts for both hardware and software products (migrations, upgrades, patches, etc.) taking into account their integration within  technical environment; 
• Identification of Standards. Analyse the standards available for the protection and monitoring of highly secure systems and their relevance for the use in context;
• Support in producing documentation and reports (installation, configuration guidance, assessment reports, ...);
• Develop system software (e.g. scripts for automated configuration, system analysis, alerting). 
• Supervision, design, development, testing and evolution of new and existing system software for ad-hoc needs;
• Work on the following products/technologies: Virtual environments, NETAPP Enterprise Storage systems, DocuWIKI, Veeam Backup&Replication software, RTIR

Qualifications

If you have

• A level of education corresponding to a Master degree
• At least six years of professional relevant experience, including:
  three years’ operational and technical experience related to cyber-defence: deployment/operation of a SOC, CSIRT, Security assessment platform or technical Security infrastructure (PKI, endpoint...);  and
• two years’ experience as a team leader or technical leader for major security-related projects.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to work with a minimum supervision and be committed to excellence and quality service delivery;
• Ability to generate reports and written analysis on complex and multi-domain security topics, both at high and technical levels;
• Be available for managing unplanned events and work under pressure, occasionally outside the normal working hours in case of severe security incidents;
• Good communication skills, ability to lead multi-lingual meetings and to do presentations to managers,
  technical staff and also end-users in the context of user awareness activities;
• Leadership, autonomy and commitment to increasing maturity;
• Excellent team player and ability to coordinate other experts' work
