We have expertise in <em><em>iGaming</em></em> operations (sports <em><em>betting</em></em>, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. </p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior UI/UX (Web) Designer </strong>to become a part of our team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your duties:</strong><br/> - Design landing pages, promo pages, and websites from scratch<br/> - Develop static and animated banners<br/> - Engage in product design<br/> - Create guidelines for the brand book, digital book, etc. <br/> - Redesign existing projects according to UI/UX principles and grid rules<br/> - Develop and create prototypes<br/> - Communicate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather and adjust requirements for user interfaces<br/> - Create design systems and UI Kits<br/> - Conduct research in the field of UX/UI Design<br/> - Prepare presentations<br/> - Participate in design approval, UX concept demos, and general project demo sessions</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>- 5+ years of experience in the design industry with a strong portfolio demonstrating your research process and design work<br/> - Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma (including the use of components, auto-layout, and constraints)<br/> - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy<br/> - Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design best practices.<br/> - Understanding of usability and Human-Centered Design<br/> - A sense of style and mastery of modern trends in web, mobile, and graphic design<br/> - Excellent communication skills with proven experience presenting designs to cross-functional teams<br/> - Strong portfolio demonstrating your design experience and problem-solving skills<br/> - Knowledge of Nielsen Norman heuristics<br/> - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new technologies in design<br/> - Significant experience with design systems</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies:</strong><br/> - Children Allowance<br/> - Mental Health Support<br/> - Sport Activities<br/> - Language Courses<br/> - Automotive Services<br/> - Veterinary Services<br/> - Home Office Setup Assistance<br/> - Dental Services<br/> - Books and Stationery<br/> - Training Compensation<br/> - And yes, even Massage!</p>
