Job Purpose and Impact

The  Associate Human Resources Plant Business Partner, will apply basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. In this role, you will provide support to key stakeholders and insights on plant performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Support with the implementation of basic solutions to improve employee, team performance and the employee experience at the plant.
• Support execution of routine workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.
• Support the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
• Understand how metrics are used to provide insights into the performance of the plant.
• Act as the first point of contact for related questions to provide support to plant supervisors and employees.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned
