Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership to an Adult Outpatient Care Team, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services for individuals experiencing mental health disorders, including co-occurring substance use disorders. This role is responsible for overseeing clinicians, facilitating treatment planning, and ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the daily clinical operations of the care team, ensuring appropriate staff coverage and timely service delivery. Lead treatment planning meetings and provide supervision to clinical staff.
• Support and monitor staff performance through chart reviews, electronic medical record reports, and individual feedback sessions.
• Implement integrated treatment models for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, collaborating with Pathways KMHS SUD professionals and Pacific Hope and Recovery Center.
• Ensure treatment plans address mental health, substance use, physical health, housing, and vocational needs. Maintain continuity of care for clients transitioning between teams or external providers.
• Participate in staff recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and performance supervision. Conduct performance appraisals and support staff development through mentorship and coaching.
• Assist clinicians in coordinating client care with other agency programs, community resources, and partner organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
