• Prepare all food items in a sanitary, timely, and consistent manner
• Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Execute proper plate presentation and garnish setups for all dishes
• Handle, store, label, and rotate food products according to safety standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Manager

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of cooking or line cook experience
• Working knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations
• Understanding of quality, presentation, and food cost control

 Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment:This position operates in a professional hospitality and culinary environment. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation kitchen while maintaining composure and professionalism.
