In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate product performance, optimize key metrics, and ensure that our solutions align with overall business objectives. If you thrive in an environment where you can shape product direction and influence strategic decisions, come join us and help us define the future of the industry.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Define and track key product performance metrics aligned with business objectives, using quantitative and qualitative insights to influence product roadmaps and investment decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on data-backed insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive analyses of product usage, user behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models (including set-up and tracking within Google Analytics) to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with engineering, AI, UX, and other teams to ensure alignment of product analytics initiatives with broader business goals.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into understandable insights and action items.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive product performance audits, manage A/B testing initiatives, and recommend optimizations that enhance user experience and product quality.</li><li>Partner with product managers to evaluate feature launches, measure impact, and refine requirements for future iterations.</li></ul><ul><li>Promote data governance best practices, including data quality assurance and proper documentation.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced business degree is a plus.</li><li>5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field, ideally in a technology or industrial environment.</li><li>Strong expertise in analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, including setting up dashboards, defining conversion funnels, and interpreting user behavior metrics.</li><li>Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights.</li><li>Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and the ability to align analytics initiatives with business strategy.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data concepts for diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams on data and analytics best practices; comfortable working in cross-functional settings.</li><li>Eagerness to stay up to date with emerging analytics tools, techniques, and market trends.</li><li>Track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation through data-driven insights.</li><li>Experience managing analytics projects, including planning, execution, and timely delivery.</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher) is required.</li></ul><p></p><p>Sales & Services Entity (ES11)</p><p></p><p><b>Job -</b></p>Data & Information Technology<p></p><p><b>Schedule -</b></p>Full time<p></p><p><b>Shift -</b></p>No shift premium (Spain)<p></p><p><b>Travel -</b></p><p></p><p><b>Relocation -</b></p>No<p></p><p><b><span><span><span><span><span>Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO)</span></span></span></span></sp
