Commercial HVAC Installer

Seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Conshohocken, PA.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k!  

Pay is between $32 - $47 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for HVAC system layouts
• Design, fabricate, and install custom ductwork
• Order and manage materials for systems ranging from 1 to 25 tons
• Set, install, and balance HVAC equipment and systems
• Communicate clearly with project managers regarding job progress and site needs
• Navigate and work comfortably in confined or tight spaces

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience.

• Knowledge of local and national HVAC codes and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• EPA Section 608 Certification required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
