Administrative Assistant / Fulfilment Specialist - Ticket Operations

Schedule:

  • 40 hour weeks that start as EST 9am-5pm

  • Initial training period: Eastern Standard Time hours

  • Long-term: Flexible shift-based schedule as part of 24/7 operations

Join a growing ticket event business as an Administrative Assistant specializing in fulfilment operations. You'll play a crucial role in our ticket acquisition and distribution process, helping us scale from a small team to a 24/7 operation. Scope:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Initial 2-3 week training period working Eastern Standard Time hours

  • Transition to shift-based coverage as part of 24/7 operations team

  • Opportunity for advancement to management role based on performance and leadership qualities

  • Part of planned expansion from 3-4 initial hires to 12 team members by year-end

  • Remote work arrangement with company-provided security and tracking systems

    Responsibilities
    :

  • Monitor incoming emails for ticket sale notifications and process orders promptly

  • Purchase tickets through various platforms and systems as directed

  • Transfer and distribute tickets to designated recipients or platforms

  • Maintain detailed records in Excel spreadsheets tracking all ticket transactions and activities

  • Communicate effectively with team members via Slack for coordination and updates

  • Learn and operate proprietary software systems for ticket management

  • Follow established procedures for ticket fulfilment and data entry

  • Participate in training programs and reference materials including videos and wikis

  • Potentially take on leadership responsibilities and manage other team members as the operation scales



Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills for written correspondence via Slack

  • Proficiency with Excel for data tracking and record keeping

  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours initially during training period

  • Willingness to transition to off-hours coverage as part of 24/7 operations

  • Experience with ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster or Live Nation (preferred but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail for accurate transaction processing

  • Ability to learn proprietary software systems quickly

  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
