Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Leave Administrator will be responsible for managing employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their leave entitlements and processes. This position requires strong communication skills, detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's prefered.

Experience: One year of office administration and tracking. Preferred experience with Banner, PageUp, and/or Human Resources

• 75% - Leave administration, record keeping, and compliance - (Essential)
