Mission: 

 

The mission of the Podcast Producer and Assistant is to enhance organizational effectiveness and executive productivity by providing exceptional administrative support to the CIO. In addition, this person should have a proficient acumen for business and marketing operations in order to manage the production of the Company’s Podcast, Passive Income Pilots. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the President & Co-Founder to understand the vision, objectives, and priorities SIG. Provide strategic advice, recommendations, and insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational success.

Requirements

Results: 

1.     1,000,000 downloads by year end 2024

2.     10,0000 subscribers to podcast by year end 2024

3.     1 Conference planned for 2025 with 250 attendees

Main Objectives and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage President’s email inbox and calendar, assist with meetings, offsites, and workshops, and drive special projects and cross-business alignment.
  • Foster effective collaboration and communication between the digital marketing team and other departments within and outside SIG.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, initiatives, and meetings to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, systems, and frameworks to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization. .
  • Coordinate recording sessions, manage audio editing, and oversee the overall production process.
  • Promote podcast episodes through social media, email marketing and collaborations.
  • Identify and book relevant guests, conduct interviews and maintain professional relationships.
  • Manage and work with external vendors and agency partners.

Schedule Management – Proficient in managing executive calendars and scheduling appointment, ability to prioritize and coordinate meetings efficiently.

Content Creation – Proficiency in scriptwriting, storytelling and audit edition to create compelling podcast episodes.

Marketing and Promotions – Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional strategies to expand the podcast reach.

Project Management – Ability to plan, organize and execute podcast production schedules and manage resources effectively.

Business and Sales Acumen - Deep understanding of standard business practices related to Revenue Operations systems, including sales processes, CRM structure, marketing and sales applications, lead reporting, forecasting, territory management, and sales productivity modeling.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of administrative assistance responsibilities.  
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, including 3+ years in a lead generation role.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management, or a combination of these areas.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of operations and system architecture experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
