Enjoy a great work life balance at our dialysis clinic located in Forest Park. Our Forest Park location is open 6 days a week offering early morning shifts beginning at 4:45AM to cater to our patients’ schedules. Patient sessions run from 5:30AM to 6:30PM. As a dialysis technician, you’ll work 3 days a week, with every other Saturday included. Our facility features 24 dialysis stations and a team consisting of 6 Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians and 2 Registered Nurses.We’re seeking compassionate individuals eager to positively impact patients’ lives and passionate about dialysis care. Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Arranges and maintains equipment and supplies for performance of dialysis and other procedures, including preparation of Dialysate solutions.
Performs cannulation, initiates, monitors and discontinues dialysis treatment.
Observes and monitors patient vital signs and significant dialysis treatment parameters; assesses patient signs and symptoms and provides treatment accordingly.
Communicates pertinent patient information or changes in patient condition to the team leader; documents these results per unit's policies.
Transports, weighs and assists patients to and from wheelchairs, stretchers and chairs.
Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines and responds to patient concerns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
