We are hiring Senior Java developer/Lead for a fulltime, hybrid role in Orlando, FL
Key Responsibilities:
· We are looking for a highly skilled Java Technical Lead who can drive end-to-end solution delivery, provide technical leadership, and work closely with clients to define product and technology roadmaps.
· Deep expertise in Java-based enterprise applications, cloud-native architectures, modern development practices, and the ability to influence decision-making at client level.
· Daily connect calls with offshore team to understand any blockers/issues and help to mitigate
· Strategic mindset – can influence architecture and roadmap decisions.
· Participate in all Agile ceremonies including: Backlog refinement, Sprint/Kanban planning, Retro and Daily standup calls
Required Skills:
· Senior engineer with 10 plus years relevant experience in Core Java, Java 8+
· Excellent understating and implementation skills for API Services and micro service, REST and SOAP services, along with HTTP caching, API Security & Management techniques used for REST services.
· Cloud computing experience (preferably GCP) AWS/Azure also ok
· Event Driven architecture implementation, define strategy, handle product configuration, integration patterns
· Solid SQL skills – Oracle or SQL server
· Exposure working on Jenkins, Jira exp
· Google Cloud Platform (Firestore, PubSub, Google Storage, GAE and GKE) – Prefer
· Understanding of Hospitality Domain – Good to have
