DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology, located in New Jersey.
The Sr. Manager for Global Security Technology leads the Global Security technology strategy and landscape. The role involves crafting Global Security’s technology strategy as well as managing projects, upgrades, deployments, and improvements of current and future capabilities on a global scale. Within the current Global Security technology landscape are the following capability categories: access management, video management, visitor management emergency communications, incident management, travel security management, and threat intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps that support enterprise and functional goals, including system modernization and platform optimization.
Oversee delivery of security technology solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality and compliance requirements.
Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms, including vendor and service provider management.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms.
Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.
Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.
