We have underwriting hubs in Bermuda, Liege, London, New York, Stockholm and Toronto, and licenses to write Property & Casualty and Accident & Health insurance and reinsurance globally. ​

Join Our Team  

You will be Program Manager. You will report to the Chief Programme Officer with dotted lines to the various stakeholders across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing of account governance program across all service lines to ensure service delivery in line with client expectations and contract requirements. This includes providing transactional activity information via virtual and in-person WIP meetings/ calls.
• Managing resources and ensuring timely delivery of program
• Supervising and coordinating activities of the parties involved
• Preparing reports and updating the Program and all the projects
• Identifying and supporting the team on continuously improving our processes
• Program management & delivery of key projects.
• Playing a key role in the Centre of Excellence
• Attending meetings and proactively engaging /developing and ensuring completion of projects within the overall program.

Your skills and abilities should include:

• 10+ years industry experience, a portion of which to be spent working in a programme manager capacity
• Track record of delivering digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project management method
