Job Description Summary

Responsible for design and develop solutions for external clients for their business needs including technology, service delivery and commercial aspects. Serves as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs. Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a strong understanding of the capabilities that DXC and partners provide. Responsible for sizing and costing of the architected solution.

Responsible for documenting the solution and governing it internally for its deliverability. Responsible for aligning the commercial aspects of client engagement (SOWs, project plans etc.) with the technical delivery solution. Responsible for presenting the solution to client and serve as trusted advisor to establish client confidence.

Job Description

• Apply Network domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design large and complex network solutions, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements.
• Possess strong knowledge and acquire relevant certification on Traditional, SDN and cloud network technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in SDN technologies such as SDWAN, SD LAN and SDDC
• 3+ years of experience in SSE and Network security technologies
• At least 5+ years of experience in Leading End-to-End presentation sessions/discussions with key internal and customer stakeholders during the RFx cycle.
• Interlock with businesses to understand their objectives and recommend solution/s to meet their requirements.
• Experience working with leading technology partners in the network space (Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, SolarWinds, ScienceLogic, F5, AWS, Azure etc.)
• 5+ years of pre-sales / solution support to business requirements.
• Specializing in network design, architect End-to-End Transformation / Managed service solutions, RFx responses & Commercial acumen
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business goals.
• Foster collaboration within the bid team and with cross-functional Solution Architects, Account and SME’s
• Conducting requirement workshops to capture customer requirements.
• Create wining proposals aligned to customer requirements in the RFP
• Build (and maintain repository) for costing models, proposals, and business development artifacts.
• Capable of independently think, articulating and comprehend customer pain points in technology and commercial areas for providing right solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in experience in Network Solutioning
• Relevant certifications in SDN and Cloud network technologies
• Strong problem-solving and pursuit/Deal management skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Relevant cloud certifications or advanced training
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Proven success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
• Successful management of complex cloud architecture projects
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.
