What You'll Do

• As the product owner, you will help define product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product. This is a dynamic role for someone who is a strategic thinker as well as a hands-on analytical person who can turn planning into great product experiences.
• The Product Owner (PO) is the main interface with the various business teams within the Own Brands Portfolio. The PO is responsible for delivering on the end-to-end product vision (fully functional, scalable & secure, secure from the start, and frictionless). Additional characteristics of the role:
• Highly visible role requiring the ability to work closely with the Own Brands Leadership; acts as a strategic partner; influences the business stakeholder to drive product roadmaps and backlogs
• Owns product vision and internal customer satisfaction
• Plays an important role in developing a collaborative, innovative culture with the technology team and the business stakeholders.
• The Product Owner has direct accountability for Product backlog prioritization which enables effective delivery.

What You Know

• Must have experience as a technical subject matter expert for our systems and engage with our stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong experience in the product roadmap and evangelizing our product vision with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in communicating progress and aligning dependencies to minimize impact on project schedules.
• Experience in Drive implementation, and collaborating with central and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong experience in agile ceremonies without supervision and managing a technical team’s progress against goals.
• Experience in developing and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Experience in experience in Project Management, Product Management, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in mobile app development.
• Hands-on experience in experience building clear, concise, and well-structured delivery plans and communicating progress to different audiences as appropriate.
• Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and solving problems with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in exhibiting knowledge of the organization's processes, objectives, and challenges and their impact on the business.
• Strong experience in demonstrating an understanding of functional technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design, and workflows).

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
