The Sr. Marketing Program Manager, ENT International is a key individual contributor role on the global marketing team for the ENT business. This position will be responsible for working with global marketing colleagues across both the rhinology and head & neck teams, working together on bringing product launches, market development, and market expansion opportunities to customers around the world.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Communicate and reinforce the global strategic marketing, portfolio, communications and price strategy across the ENT portfolio.

  • Lead OUS launch efforts for new products and line extensions.

  • Garner OUS regional feedback to the launch team to inform launch materials.

  • Coordinate initial Train the Trainer with international regions – connecting sales training to regions for deployment.

  • Share launch materials with regional marketing to enable any regional refinement needed.

  • Contribute to and inform regional IBP demand processes (PIPO, portfolio changes).

  • Liese with regions regarding potential quality actions. Participate in OU FCA team.

  • In collaboration with regional marketing, foster strong relationships with global KOLs in the US and OUS to strengthen Medtronic ENT position globally for all ENT product lines.

  • Coordinate therapy lead consult with regional marketing to provide global congress strategy input.

  • Communicate competitive intelligence to OUS regions in partnership with the Strategy and Analytics team.

  • Lead global competitive claims development with input of all regions.

  • Oversee phase-in and phase-out of products across the ENT portfolio. Gather OUS regional input into ENT PLM decisions.

  • Lead global product allocations for OUS regions, as applicable.

  • Gather OUS insights regarding existing products and share with upstream marketing.

  • Facilitate regional business results through connecting functional experts to support new product launches, regulatory approvals, training and other region-specific needs.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Prior global experience

  • Experience with Medtronic ENT technologies

  • Prior product launch experience

  • Experience navigating different cultures and health systems

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
