We are seeking a Branch Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for community-focused banking. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day branch operations, energize and develop your team, build lasting customer relationships, and drive strong performance—making a meaningful impact for our customers, employees, and community every day.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a branch team through hands-on training, personalized coaching, and regular performance feedback
Oversee staffing, scheduling, branch workflow, and cash operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee growth and teamwork

Qualifications:

5+ years of retail banking experience (2+ years in management preferred)
Proven success in sales, operations, and team leadership
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
Customer-focused, ethical, and adaptable leadership style
