Growth — Launcher

We’re looking for a launcher who can help us drive growth across new categories, channels, and business lines. If you are an aggressive, impatient, quick, and driven executor, you will love this role. Leland is growing very quickly and we need another killer who can help more people reach their career and educational goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Launching and scaling new categories on Leland

• Building out new growth channels that drive tangible results for the business.

• Relentlessly execute and do what is needed to win

• Build and scale growth playbooks and become a world class expert over your areas of ownership

• Test, innovate, and try new things to help Leland constantly improve at growth efforts

• Partner closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive real growth across channels

• Use data to prioritize initiatives and continuously optimize performance

Your skills & experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Finance, or other relevant experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and statistics to drive decisions

• Demonstrated ability to own and scale initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders

• A hands-on, scrappy mindset with a passion for diving deep into details while driving high-level strategy
