About the role

In this role, you will be responsible to facilitate the successful delivery of our Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Ensure alignment with business objectives, program vision, agile principles and coordination. Collaborate across multiple teams, stakeholders and dependencies within the ART, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of program increments. Use expertise in agile methodologies, program management, and servant leadership in order to drive continuous improvement and delivery of ARTs. Responsible to oversee infrastructure projects and programs in the delivery of company directed initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and address risks to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple infrastructure and agile teams.
  • Develop and manage a well-defined program management process, championing ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain dependency plans between planned sprints across different teams and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor project progress, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a good relationship between teams such as product owners, stakeholders, and management.
  • Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and other relevant ceremonies, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams on agile practices, principles, and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) to enhance understanding and adoption of agile methodologies.
  • Establish and maintain effective tracking mechanisms, metrics, and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into the progress, risks, and outcomes of the ART, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as product management, business owners, and leadership, to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared understanding of program objectives, priorities, and progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the ART, leveraging feedback loops, retrospectives, and lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact the successful delivery of the ART, proactively addressing them and ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
  • Embrace a servant leadership mindset, supporting and empowering teams to self-organize, make decisions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging program management methodologies, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the organization.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, IT or Related - Minimum

 

Years of Experience:

  • 4 Years - Release Train Engineer, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or related - Minimum

 

In Lieu of Education:

  • 9 Years - Release Train Engineer, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or related

 

License/Certifications/Training

 

  • Agile Certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) & Certified Agile Leadership (CAL 1) - Preferred
  • CST, A-CSPO, A-CSM, CSP-SM/PO, ACP, CTC, CEC, CAL2, ALC

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$99,200‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$140,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
