Monks is looking for a Senior Producer to join an embedded team supporting one of the biggest clients in the world. This role will sit on-site with the client’s internal teams in Cupertino, California, driving the execution of a large-scale, always-on content program that leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver digital assets at scale.

Role

You’ll be part of a cross-functional, fast-paced environment supporting the creation, review, and publishing of high-volume digital content. Working side by side with multiple internal teams — including engineering, design, operations, and media — you’ll act as the organizational backbone that keeps production running efficiently and on time.

You’ll manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring the right people, resources, and processes are in place to deliver at scale. You’ll report on progress to leadership, anticipate challenges, and help optimize production systems across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent tracks of work across various internal stakeholder groups (engineering, design, content operations, media, and partner teams).
  • Build and own project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules to ensure consistent throughput on large-scale content production.
  • Act as the central point of contact between client stakeholders and Monks teams, driving clarity, communication, and accountability.
  • Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, quality, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Support program operations through smart prioritization, resource alignment, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand, creative, and technical standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in creative production, digital advertising, or integrated content environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-track projects with high-volume deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of digital production workflows and the intersection of creative, technical, and operational processes.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills; ability to communicate effectively across senior leadership, creative, and technical teams.
  • Experience working within embedded or staff-augmented models is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining structure and momentum.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable, or similar) and an ease with data tracking and reporting.
  • A proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they escalate.
  • Ability to work on-site three days per week.

Why Monks?

This role offers a front-row seat to innovation — supporting a pioneering, high-impact content program — and the opportunity to collaborate with world-class teams across design, production, and technology disciplines.
