The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and an ability to work effectively within evolving priorities and fast‑paced Agile environments.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements<br>• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with SAFe Agile practices<br>• Utilize Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira for backlog management, project tracking, workflow coordination, and reporting<br>• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications<br>• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and user experience<br>• Support release coordination, sprint planning, and requirements traceability<br>• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner<br>• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision‑making<br>• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, validate requirements, and drive stakeholder alignment<br>• Assist with testing activities, including validating requirements and assessing solution quality<br>• Develop documentation such as process flows, user stories, business rules, and business cases</p> <p>&l
