Could you be the Team leader *D&IS Support line & Training academy in Stockholm we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Service is an area with a lot of opportunities and reporting to the D&IS Service Manager Sweden, you will be part of the Signalling service leadership team and work alongside a team of experts.

You’ll be leading two motivated and dynamic teams. One is responsible for first line support to customers ensuring customer satisfaction and professional interaction. The other team leads the D&IS Sweden Training academy, providing technical training for customers, both as general introduction to product but also more in depth training for service engineers, drivers and operators.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Focus on leadership and development of the team members following the Alstom people management cycle
  • Lead the daily operations of the team
  • Drive the development of the teams where exploring the strategic development of both teams are key.
  • Lead the business development of the training academy and the future support center
  • Ensure the team can continue to develop, share expertise and make the best use of their knowledge as possible.

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Good communication skills.
  • English is mandatory. Swedish is beneficial.
