The Factory On Time Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Platform ARS On Time Delivery success. Responsibilities include and are not limited to. Using/improving existing Power BI and digital dashboards to provide Factory On Time Delivery Managers data outlooks of constraints. Attending Tier 2 and 3 Tier meetings to cross functionally understand constraints of any Depot and Production On Time Delivery commitments. Escalate to managers when needed. Partnering with Production Control and Procurement to ensure data fidelity and what help is needed to have real time PO Placement, such as MCB, updated drawing and budget targets.

This position is an onsite role.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Factory Execution Management for assigned plant driving to completion any constraint preventing On Time Delivery.
• Effectively partner with internal and external base to prioritize needs based for On Time Delivery contractual requirements. 
• Execute supply chain strategies to support On Time Delivery for all Production and Depot ARS programs.  
• Ability to decipher large amounts of complex data into executable summaries and action plans. 
• Partnering with Procurement Partners verifying deliveries for a 6-month window.
• Partnering with Program Operation Managers to assist internal constraints for achieving program delivery schedule.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of five (5) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
