Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for a Senior Systems Advisor in Collaboration Technologies to manage and support the deployment and maintenance of collaboration platforms in an international professional services setting, primarily across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). This position can be based in most GHD office locations in the US or Canada. GHD supports a hybrid work model. 

In this dynamic role you will:

• Provide high-level technical advice and support to Collaboration Systems Advisors (CSA’s) across hemispheres.
• Support the ongoing promotion and compliance of GHD’s unified collaboration platforms and practices.
• Lead technical planning and implementation of work programs aligned with GHD’s strategic business needs.
• Facilitate vendor management, issue resolution, and implementation of strategic IT initiatives.
• Maintain high availability of GHD’s collaboration platforms and implement continuous improvement strategies.

What you will bring to the team:

• Extensive experience in AEC project delivery, from small projects to global implementations.
• Strong understanding of ProjectWise, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems.
• Proven project management skills with flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel.
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, leadership across cultural and remote teams, and complex problem solving.
• Deep knowledge of information management practices in an AEC project delivery context.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications related to project management or IT service management.
• Experience in global professional services organizations.
• Advanced skills in digitalization and information lifecycle management within the AEC sector.
