A Day in the Life

The Sales Operations Director, Pelvic Health will be responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. This role will involve managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales optimization strategies, and enabling a successful SalesForce implementation. The Sales Operations Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, enhance sales productivity, and support the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage and optimize sales operations, including sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Enable successful SalesForce implementation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business goals

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics

  • Ensure the effective use of sales tools and technologies

  • Lead the sales operations team

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and practices

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 10+ years sales operations experience

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry

  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in sales tools and technologies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$172,800.00 - $259,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
