Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose Vehicle Issues: Analyze customer concerns, utilize diagnostic tools, and inspect vehicle systems to identify malfunctions.
• Repair and Maintain Vehicles: Develop repair plans, obtain authorization, repair/replace components, and test functionality according to specifications.
• Customer Communication: Explain technical issues, provide estimates, and update customers on service progress.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
• Additional Duties:
• Conduct test drives for diagnosis.
• Research technical information and collaborate on complex issues.
• Recommend preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

-- Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

-- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

-- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dealership technician experience (BMW preferred but not required)

-- Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent experience preferred. BMW factory certifications preferred but not required. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a strong plus.

-- Technical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.

-- Diagnostic Proficiency: Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

-- Repair Proficie
