This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Responsibilities

  • Leads multiple large training projects and programs with global and cross-organizational program teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
  • Ensures adherence to brand standards in all training materials.
  • Contributes to the development of strategy for projects and programs that impact multiple training audiences and stakeholders.
  • Completes small to large projects as assigned.
  • Manages learning program lifecycle from strategy development to implementation.
  • Manage class scheduling including demand evaluation, forecasting, resource assignment, and selecting dates appropriate for each geography.
  • Manages training equipment resources for courses, including forecasting needs, upgrade planning and coordination with HPE vLabs and other cross-organization resources, and ensuring equipment is adequately prepared for learners to ensure a positive learner experience.
  • Accountable for operational goals and the management of financial planning including cost-benefit analysis, strategic budgeting, and tracking/reporting.
  • Develops and or assists with development of new methods and processes for improving program operations.
  • Aligns learning program priorities with business and L&D strategies.
  • Stays abreast of current market or technology trends, provides guidance, consulting, and expertise for the organization.

Education and Experience Required

  • First-level university degree, advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 6-8 years’ experience, including managing large projects.
  • Experience with learning and development models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) preferred but not required.

  • Advanced project management and strong program management skills.
  • Advanced facilitation and consulting skills.
  • Advanced business and financial planning acumen.
  • Strong leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including competency in vendor management and cultural awareness.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive development plans.
  • Able to work independently as well as a member of high-performance teams in a project driven environment.
  • Demonstrate design thinking in addressing the challenges of a worldwide audience of modern learners.
  • Strong innovation focus and a desire to always push for better.
