Job Description

The Marketing Intern will provide support for the Marketing team.

Job Functions

• Researching existing client ESG ratings for targeting with outreach
• Cataloguing recorded content (including transcripts) for building SEO
• Work with BDM and Marketing Coordinator to help develop ESG/sustainability micro-site
• Conduct competitive research and analysis
• Adding upcoming events to SGS website
• Creating social media graphics on Canva
• Optimizing Google PPC campaigns (monitoring search keywords, creating and setting up ad extensions, etc.)
• Helping to rebuild existing campaign landing pages
• Verifying leads are coming through from PPC landing pages in CRM
• Building alternate campaign landing pages to use for PPC A/B testing
• Helping to maintain webinar performance report
• Adhere to internal standards, policies & procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Current enrolled in university
• Experience with spreadsheets and PowerPoint 
• Research experience
• Strong customer service background (Required)
• Scheduling/meeting experience (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Language Skills: English, Advanced level of knowledge, other language(s) is a plus (Preferred)
• Mathematical Skills: Basic level of knowledge (Required)
• Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Basic level (Required)
• Organized, autonomous, good planning, good interpersonal and communication skills, tact and discretion (Required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment (Required)
• Quick in adapting to changes and a solution finder (Required)
• Client oriented (Required)

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)
• Graphic programs (Preferred)

Additional Information

In the course of employment, you will be required to travel to and/or work at a client site.  The company requires employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to travel commercially and many clients require visitors performing work at their locations to be vaccinated.  Therefore, this role requires a candidate who is fully vaccinated or will be prior to an anticipated start date.  The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of having received a COVID-19 vaccination.
