We are currently looking for a  Fragrance Development Intern at our Plainsboro, New Jersey office.

 

The 2025 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 9th, 2025 and run through August 14, 2025

Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 / 40 hours per week)

Your key responsibilities

• Assist the fragrance development managers (FDMs) in fragrance evaluation
• Assist the FDMs in sampling requests
• Evaluate alongside with FDMs
• Help search for inspiring cross-category products at brief on-set
• Help decant market products for FDMs
• Participate in meetings alongside with FDMs

You Bring

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Marketing or related field
• Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 9, 2025 – August 14, 2025
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Has a strong interest in fragrances and new product launches/social media launches

 

 

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.  Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, educa
