Machine Learning Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and lead our ML initiatives for our clients and internal projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering. The ideal candidate will be capable of guiding a team of ML engineers and data scientists, working directly with clients to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and engineers, understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, integrating relevant innovations into the team’s work.
• Ensure best practices in data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment to advise clients and support internal projects.
• Manage the infrastructure and toolsets required for efficient ML model development and deployment.

What you bring:

• 8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven track record of leading ML projects from concept to production, particularly for external clients.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of ML engineers or data scientists.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
