This ranges from EU grants to private investments identification, including consortium building, application writing, selection of experts, negotiation, budgeting, quality control, and evaluation of projects.</p><p>Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated <strong>Senior Development Manager / Application Writer for EU Projects </strong>(Erasmus+, Horizon, CERV, AMIF, etc) to become part of our dynamic team in <strong>Athens</strong>.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Networking and conduction of presentations to events, seminars, workshops, etc.</li> <li>Consortia building and formulation of vivid partnerships</li> <li>Conceptualize innovative ideas</li> <li>Analyzing funding opportunities and find new ones</li> <li>Draft Applications, tenders and Technical Proposals indicatively under Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF, EMFAF, HORIZON and other Programs etc.</li> <li>Cooperate with the Financial Department for preparing the financial part of the proposals / budgeting</li> <li>Collect partners' documents for the submission procedure</li> <li>Facilitate the submission procedure through the relevant platforms (Funding &amp; Tenders, Webgate, etc.)</li> <li>You will refer to AKMI International Director</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree, preferably in Social Sciences</li> <li>Excellent English Knowledge (both written and oral)</li> <li>Knowledge of a second language will be considered a <em>strong asset</em>.</li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Proven track records in drafting EU funded projects will be <em>highly appreciated</em> </li> <li>Excellent command of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)</li> <li>Responsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul><ul> <li>Competitive compensation packages</li> <li>Hybrid working model</li> <li>Continuous learning &amp; fast career growth</li> <li>An international dynamic within a fast-paced working environment</li> <li>The opportunity to work in a diverse environment with talented colleagues</li> </ul></ul>
