Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Rebuild and repair pumps, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, blowers, and mixers like a pro.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed repair drawings with ease.
• Dismantle, align, calibrate, and reassemble complex machinery with precision.
• Work hands-on with rotating equipment in a dynamic, safety-first shop environment.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with rotating equipment and industrial machinery.
• Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• A collaborative mindset — you’re a team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure.

Physical & Mental Agility:

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working on your feet.
• Able to focus on fine details and adjust to changing tasks and environments.
• Safety-conscious and organized — you keep your space clean and your work precise.
