This is a remote position.
Title : Sr. BA
Location : 100% remote
Duration : Long term contract
Black Belt or Master Black Belt REQUIRED – · Black Belt with 3-4 years’ experience facilitating business process improvement activities. · Green Belt with 15+ years’ experience driving successful transformation process initiatives may be considered.
This position will support portfolios as needed: · Experience gathering requirement and implementing HR, Finance, and Workflow systems. · Apply a structured methodology and lead process improvement activities for Process project and be the Process Lead in Business and Application Transformational Projects. · Determine the best process and tools to determine root-cause problem, collection of pain points, facilitate process improvement and lead business/application opportunities. · Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction. · Complete process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a cost reduction goal. · Achieve buy-in from all decision makers for the successful application of performance excellence/performance improvement. · Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in for initiatives · Liaise with Technology Solution Leads. · Liaison with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit of a Performance Excellence project. · Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives. Additional responsibilities may include: · Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics · Consult and coach project teams · Support and engage senior leaders · Coach managers and supervisors · Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities · Evaluate and ensure user readiness · Manage stakeholders · Track and report issues · Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Skills and qualifications · Experience with different process improvement methodologies or frameworks · Proven trackApply for this role
