Responsibilities and Impact:

• Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks under guidance from senior team members
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver features that meet business requirements
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives within the team
• Support production systems and assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities including training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to accelerate professional development

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• 1-3 years of professional software development experience or equivalent through internships, projects, or bootcamp training
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as GO, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Understanding of fundamental software development concepts including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend technologies
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with testing frameworks
