The Workplace Construction Strategy Lead role will be a subject matter expert in Commercial Construction and will be responsible for oversight of construction related activities across the portfolio. 

The successful candidate will also understand the importance of driving a delightful associate experience through delivering world class workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direction and leadership to all project team participants. Gain understanding of business needs in order to effectively prioritize projects, resources and spend across the portfolio.
  • Interfaces with the project management teams on a regular basis, and can communicate efficiently project status, risks, issues, and opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships across project partners to facilitate desired business outcomes and solutions.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop and communicate project requirements such as scope of work, cost estimates and budget, project schedule, and resource requirements.
  • Provide critical solutions to support our ESG goals and supporting all DEI requirements through our procurement process.
  • Oversee the activities of preparation of RFPs, process specifications, tests, progress reports and other documents through the bidding process.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Using industry best practices, update or create procedures and templates to help improve project governance, cost, schedule, contract management, risk avoidance and communication. Ensure strict adherence to project processes and procedures as well as data integrity across all projects to ensure excellence in all aspects of project delivery.
  • Ability to utilize project management software efficiently; experience with project management systems and technology.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management and/or Construction Lead roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management and/or Construction Lead roles

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • LEED Certification

  • PMP Certification

  • Must be willing to travel 25%

Base Pay Range: $121,000/yr - $160,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
