<p>As part of its digital transformation and IT modernization strategy, my client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is looking for an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background, particularly in AS400 / IBM i environments.</p><ul><li>Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality across multiple initiatives.</li><li>Leverage a solid understanding of AS400 / IBM i environments to manage system evolutions, integrations, or migrations.</li><li>Ensure technical coherence and stability within a hybrid landscape (legacy and modern digital platforms).</li><li>Challenge technical solutions and architectural choices to support long-term business objectives.</li><li>Support users and business teams throughout the change process.</li><li>Promote best practices in IT project governance and delivery.</li></ul> <p>Profile</p><ul><li>Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.</li><li>Strong technical background, with hands-on or in-depth experience in AS400 / IBM i environments.</li><li><strong>Trilingual: French, English, and Dutch (spoken and written - mandatory).</strong></li><li>Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Natural leadership and ability to align technical teams around common goals.</li></ul>
