About the role
How You´ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Strategic HR Expert, you support the planning and execution of strategic global HR projects and collaborate across teams and countries
- You act as workbench for the international HR committee, manage schedules, agendas, deliverables and organise international meetings
- As part of your day-to-day, you prepare workshops, steer of meetings, and coordinate with international cooperation partners
- You present and align concepts and communication material with global HR Leaders
- Your tasks include conducting industry and best-practice research, country queries and consolidating data
- You prepare decision papers and presentations for Top Management and organize international meetings
- You cooperate with various international stakeholders and support best-practice exchange across countries
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies in (social) Economics or Human Resources
- You have relevant work experience in strategic HR or HR IT projects
- You possess advanced project management skills and the ability to think strategically i.e., drafting concepts and proactively create decision papers
- Experience around HR governance & HR operating models as well as consultancy background / experience is an advantage
- You are fluent in business English and have intercultural sensitivity
- You are self-driven, resilient, open-minded and reliably delivering in a dynamic environment
- Creative and solution-oriented thinking combined with conceptual competence
- You also possess structured and detail-oriented way of working and you are a team player

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 52,700.- *
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
