Pharmavise has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand across all major platforms. This role is responsible for developing our social media strategy, creating high-impact content, managing community engagement, and analyzing performance to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience insights. Content Creation & Management: Produce engaging, high-quality content (text, graphics, and videos) and manage a monthly social media content calendar. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers across all platforms, responding to messages and fostering strong community relationships. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with data-driven insights. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborations, and initiatives aligned with marketing objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve content and strategy. Brand Consistency & Compliance: Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, and regulatory considerations relevant to the life sciences industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field. 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and digital storytelling. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Experience using social media analytics platforms. Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience in life sciences, consulting, or healthcare (preferred but not required).
