What You Will Do:

• Proofread and format technical and policy documents.
• Refresh and establish cybersecurity policies and procedures.  
• Actively participate on cybersecurity consulting engagements, and work with a team and the client to deliver the highest quality of work. 
• Work across multiple stakeholders to understand business needs, concerns, and risks. 
• Analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently, work well in team environment.  
• Create high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings. 
   

What you Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity (or comparable degree).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management. 
• Demonstrated understanding of functional cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity and experience with federal government clients.  
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following:  
• Enterprise Risk Management.
• Cybersecurity CSF baseline assessments. 
• Developing a Risk Register.  
• Various NIST frameworks.  
• Developing cybersecurity policy and procedures. 
  ​

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Cybersecurity certifications (Security+). 
• Experience with managing/supporting and/or knowledge of cybersecurity or high value asset program.
• Ability to identify obstacles and opportunities that impact the success of plans or initiatives. 
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Professional phone manner.
