Graham-Rogers is seeking a Commercial E&S Assistant to join our team in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Primary responsibilities include analysis and interpretation of risks in regard to the underwriting function, while determining acceptability of business and integrity of underwriting practices.
This can be a hybrid remote from home opportunity after training.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Accept or decline risks based on analysis of variables.
Visit retail agents to market business.
Review new business applications to confirm that information is appropriate to determine underwriting actions.
Implement methods for promotion of policies or improvements to processes.
Review all risks for new and renewal business for any securities law practice exposure.
May negotiate with companies to handle new programs.
Train or supervise junior level underwriters.
Compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Ability to perform with good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Ability to resolve insurance issues and provide solutions for the retail agent
Ability Above average written and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and accept responsibility for performance results
Ability to perform under fast paced, high demand work environment
Must be able to work overtime as required by the work flow demand
Professional and friendly attitude and mannerism
Preferred two years college with associate degree or 5 years insurance experience with P&C license
