To qualify, students must be:
- At least 16 years old,
- A U.S. Citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S.,
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credited hours per semester in an educational institution, university or college if not a student in high school
- Be able to work at least 20 hours during business hours.
