About the role
<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Your tasks</p><p>● Proactively manages the immigration process for a portfolio of clients from beginning to end, according to the agreed procedures and for all type of work and residence permits. Ensures that the needs of clients are met at all times;</p><p>● Prepares, files and follows up on work & residence permit applications;</p><p>● Ensures compliance in Germany regarding immigration procedures; Coordinates solution-oriented immigration processes and ensures deadlines are met;</p><p>● Informs all parties on the necessary immigration steps to be taken in an effective and efficient way;</p><p>● Works structured, pro-actively, precisely and manages expectations;</p><p>● Keeps complete and accurate files & templates in the system and executes all tasks accurately, including on-time billing;</p><p>● Completes administrative duties associated with the immigration case management; Escalates any bottlenecks in the process;</p><p>● Communicates effectively with immigration authorities;</p><p>● Organizes translations and/or legalizations if necessary;</p><p>● Assists with the risk management checks for new and ongoing clients.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>● Expert knowledge - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;</p><p>● Professional experience - Min. 1 years of work experience in an international environment, preferably in visa and immigration or, if not, within the field of HR, International Mobility or Customer Service;</p><p>● Communication and analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communicational and interpersonal skills; Fluent in German and English with excellent writing skills; additional language skills are a plus;</p><p>● Analytical skills - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; good ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines;</p><p>● Passion - Team player, positive attitude; Client service focused, responsive and “can-do” open-minded attitude and approach;</p><p>● Responsibility - Strong organizational skills, proactive approach.
