<h1><span><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>Looking to make a global impact and solve problems? <br/><br/>Through relentless innovation and continuous collaboration with our customers, GE Gas Power, part of GE Vernova, is providing more advanced, cleaner, and efficient power that people depend on today and building the energy technologies of the future. <br/><br/><br/>What impact you’ll make:<br/><br/>As a Senior Services Finance Manager in the MENA Finance region, you will be an active contributor to driving commercial growth, profitability, and cash and accountable for the business financials for each contract in their portfolio.<br/><br/>The Senior Services Finance Manager is the strategic partner to business operations and this role will leverage country level expertise to assist the commercial and operations teams in planning and driving actions (commercial or operational in nature).<p></p><h1><span><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>What you’ll do </b></p><ul><li><span>Team leader reporting into the EMEA Services Finance Leader to support  a portfolio of countries</span></li><li><span>Lead and manage a team for a subset of the portfolio </span></li><li>Provide wing to wing ITO and OTR financial execution seeking to optimize financials (Orders, P&amp;L, Cash) and identify potential commercial &amp; operational risks and opportunities for the defined MENA portfolio</li><li>Partner with Service Operations Finance and Global Services FP&amp;A for all planning cycles and pacing/punchlist</li><li>Partner with the ITR Operating teams, Service Directors and Commercial teams to provide inputs for decision making to optimize financial performance both short term and long term</li><li>Provide country or contract specific knowledge to evaluate deal economics, risk profiles, and progress deals towards commercial closure</li><li>Optimize cash metrics in partnership with the Cash Leader on collections, past dues, billed / paid on time, LC processes – drive PSRs and identify action items to continue driving progress</li><li>Execute all finance deliverables per standards set up by the HDGT Services business lines CS / TX</li><li>Maintain oversight of key operational and commercial processes such as Advance Release, bank guarantees, concession review board, P5 deal reviews</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors in Finance preferred, Accounting or Business Administration, or relevant discipline</li><li><p><span>Major experience and background in commercial finance / driving cash / profitability</span></p></li><li>Knowledge in managing multiple ERPs, planning and reporting tools, automation, digitization</li><li>Foster strong analytical skills to produce in-depth future profitability metrics based on historical trends</li><li><p><span>Fluent English knowledge is essential</span><br/> </p></li></ul><p><b>What will make you stand out</b></p><ul><li>You have a passion for leading large, complex projects that balance multiple stakeholders</li><li>You are someone who has the ability to deliver with focus during change, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to priorities</li><li>You have experience in driving process improvement, lean initiatives, driving out waste</li><li>You have excellent time management, organizational and data driven skills to allow to operate in a highly matrixed organization</li><li><span>Involvement / experience of the market specific to Middle East and Africa  </span></li><li><span>Experience in partnering with the ITR / operating / sales /commercial team preferred</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits Available to You </b></p><p>GE employees rise to the challenge of building a world that works.
